Products Description

We have established test labs to test all of our raw materials, such as high-visibility fabric fluorescent and reflective tape luminance. So we have the confidence to ensure that our reflective wears have excellent water and fire resistance.

(1)light fastness test

One of the critical aspects of a safety vest is its visibility in low light conditions. The light fastness test is performed to evaluate the colorfastness of the vest over time. The test involves exposure of the vest material to a light source for a specific duration. If the vest loses its color or fades too quickly, it could reduce its visibility, thus increasing the risk of accidents.
(2)tension test

The tension test is performed to check the strength of the vest material. The material of the vest should have adequate tension to withstand tension during use. If the vest material snaps or tears, it could create an unsafe situation for the worker in hazardous conditions.

(3)back reflection test

Worker safety vests with reflective strips are best for nighttime use. The back reflection test evaluates the reflective capabilities of the material. The test involves directing a light source at the back of the vest and measuring the amount of light reflected. If the vest has high reflective properties, it would increase the visibility of the worker, reducing the risk of accidents.
(4)water permeability resistance test

In some working conditions, workers may be exposed to wet conditions, and it is important to test the water permeability resistance of the vest material. The test involves simulating different rainstorm conditions, along with water pressure to evaluate the water-resistance of the vest. If the vest material is not water-resistant, it could cause discomfort and pose a potential safety hazard.
(5)flame retardant test

Workers in potentially hazardous environments may require flame-retardant vests. The flame retardant test checks the material’s ability to resist heat and flames. The test involves exposing the vest material to a flame and checking its resistance to heat and flames. If the vest material catches fire quickly, it could escalate the potential hazards for the worker.

(6)microscope test

The microscope test involves examining the quality of the vest fabric under the microscope. It helps to identify any potential defects or blemishes in the vest’s material. A full inspection of the material can identify any issues, which could cause a safety hazard for the worker.

(7)fluorescence test

The fluorescence test measures the amount of light reflected by the vest in UV light conditions. The vest material should have high fluorescence, making it glow more in UV light. The test involves exposing the vest to UV light and measuring the amount of fluorescence. The higher the fluorescence, the more visible it will be for the worker.
