Different Length Retractable Fall Arrester

The retractable wire rope fall arresters is one type of personal fall protection systems (EN363). This single leg steel cable fall arrester effectively eliminates tripping hazards while the inertia-locking mechanism arrests a fall within inches of activation.

The retractable Fall Arrester is available in different lengths, from 3m to 50m.  With different length, the retractable fall arrester is widely used for rescue and fall protection field.

The Dia. of aerospace wire rope is not less than 6mm; The min. breaking strength is 18KN.

Application

From raw material control to production process control to finished product testing control, we strictly follow the quality management system. We will strictly inspect raw material when each batch arrives our factory and return the unqualified material immediately. When the production is finished, we will do test to the retractable fall arrester. Only the qualified fall arrester will go to next procedure to be packed. Our factory is ISO9001:2015, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certified. Static strength test and Dynamic performance test for our products are conducted according to EN 364. We will do bending, hardness, Salt Spray Corrosion-resistance and tensile strength test for hardware to ensure its quality and your safety. For the webbing, we will do Wear-Resistance Test, UV lamp test and Flame-Resistance test, etc.
