As a multipurpose harness, TOHO model HENP4 is widely used in arborist, power supplies, transmission, telecommunication, high rack, metal construction, scaffolding, wind energy, offshore industry, rope access and rigging, etc. Combined the function for fall arrest, work positioning and sitting harness,it is ideal for rope acess application with sternal and ventral D ring, also ideal for fall arrest and restraint with dorsal D ring, as well as for work positioning with 2 lateral D rings at the waist .To meet higher requirement, the Fall Protection Safety Harness adopt Specially cushioned mesh net for better shock absorption & comfort. So this safety harness not only protects you from free fall hazard, but also provides comfort for long-time work at height.

Rope access:fall protection system that enables the user to get to and from the workplace in tension or suspension in such a way that a free fall is preventable or arrestable. Rope access system always include a working line for movement by means of ascenders and descenders, combined with a safety line equipped with a fall-arrest device that can intervene in case of failure of the working line. TOHO mode HENP4 can be used as rope access safety harness to access to locations where is difficult to approach without using scaffolding, baskets or aerial platforms.

Restraint: Energy absorbing lanyard may not be used in Restraint applications. Restraint systems prevent workers from reaching the leading edge of a fall hazard. Always account for fully deployed length of lanyard/SRL. Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 1,000 lbs. No free fall is permitted. Restraint systems may only be used on surfaces with slopes up to 4/12 (vertical/horizontal). Applicable D-rings: Dorsal, Chest, Side, Shoulder. The dorsal D ring of the safety harness enable it ideal for restraint purpose when it is connected with restraint lanyard, while ideal for fall arrest purpose when it is connected with energy absorbing lanyard.

Note:For all applications: worker weight capacity range(including all clothing, tools, and equipment) is 130-420 lbs.

1. Dynamic performance

Seat belts are drop tested to produce impact loads on the product. The seat belt uses a maximum rated load for the dummies to withstand a fall of 2 meters and is required to safely stop the fall after falling.

The seat harness withstands 10 times the force of the maximum rated load, but at least 15kN, for three minutes and the harness needs to maintain the load without any component failure.
