Introduction

The safety half body harness strap is made of high strength polyester. This safety harness only has the lower part , without shoulder strap and back strap, which could not wrap al the body, it is called half body harness. It is CE certified and meet the EU CE standard EN358. It has been exported to more than 85 countries and regions throughout the world in Europe, America, Mid-east area, Australia, Southeast Asia, Africa etc.

Made of high strength polyester webbing and equipped with alloy steel D ring or textile loop, the breaking strength of half body safety harness is no less than 22KN. And the breaking strength of plastic buckle and pad is not less than 18KN. To ensure the strength of the whole set, 40Cr or 45# steel is adopted for hardware and PE material is adopted for the plastic part .

This half body safety belt is applicable for Rock Climbing, mountain climbing, Arborist Tree, and Rappeling. It can be used to rock climbing, floor escape, rappelling, adventure park, Mountaineering and Outward Band Expanding Training.

1. Safety Harness should be hanged on higher place and user in a lower place.

2. Absorber, speed differential device and self-locked carabiner can be used together.

3. Users are forbidden to tie the rope, or connect the hook directly to the safety half body harness. The hook should connect with carabiner, D rings or textile loops..

4. All the accessories are not allowed to be moved.

5. After two years using, it must be tested to decide whether it is qualified any more.

6. The connection of safety harness, main lock and main rope should be in correct position.

7. Avoid slit and sharp condition.

8. Harness should be used under 80°C.

9. Avoid contact with chemicals.

10. Don’t stitch or remove the seam.

11. For works with free fall hazard, pls choose full body harness instead.
