• The self-locking detection of the safety fall arrester should be carried out at least 3 times of rapid pulling rope, and remember that the initial pulling position of each time should be ensured to be different from each other, because most of the internal fall arrester device is automatically completed by double pawl and multi-ratchet. Different pulling self-locking positions can ensure that more pawl and ratchet complete self-locking. The purpose is to ensure the successful self-locking rate of the safety fall arrester.
• In addition, it is more important to pay attention to that the distance from the initial pulling position to the self-locking position should be within 20 cm, because falling will increase the impact force under the action of gravity acceleration. If the impact force is too large, even if it does not fall to the ground, the sudden pulling in mid-air will also cause the operator great trauma equivalent to the impact force, and too large impact force will also cause death.
