This kind of multipurpose polyester Full body safety harness can be used for free fall arrest, rescue and confined places. The dorsal D ring and two frontal textile loops make it possible for free fall arrest in the field of construction, industry, municipal Engineering, etc.The well positioned sit strap greatly relieves the user’s fatigue and provides excellent comfort for the construction worker at height, so it can be used as construction fall arrest harness.The two frontal textile loops, near where the label is usually marked “A/2”, held together to constitute a single attachment point. The frontal textile loops realize the function of rescue and make it also ideal for confined spaces. The free fall arrest harness can directly supports the worker’s weight and maintains the body in a safe position during and after a fall event. Worker comfort, fit, and ease of use are key considerations while we do harness design and production.The free fall arrest harness is CE certified and meet the EU CE standard EN361:2002.
The width of primary straps for the free fall arrest harness is 45 mm and the width of secondary straps more than 20 mm.The breaking strength of alloy steel D ring and primary webbing is not less than 22KN. All securing buckles of the construction fall arrest harness (i. e. buckles other than those used primarily for adjustment of fit) are designed in such a way that they can only be assembled in a correct manner, which conform to the strength and performance requirements. The construction fall arrest harness’s metallic fittings conform to the corrosion protection requirements specified in EN 362. And the breaking strength of plastic buckle and pad is not less than 18KN. To ensure the strength of the construction free fall arrest harness, the hardware adopts 40Cr or 45# steel and the plastic part adopts PE material.
To ensure the product quality and customer safety, static test for the safety harness and energy absorber, breaking strength test for the hardware and webbing, and 8-meter fall attest testing are conducted for a batch of safety harness.

1.full body harness
body support primarily for fall arrest purposes, i.e. a component of a fall arrest system. The full body harness may comprise straps, fittings, buckles or other elements, suitably arranged and assembled to support the whole body of a person and to restrain the wearer during a fall and after the arrest of a fall [EN 363].
2.primary straps/secondary straps
primary straps are those straps of a full body harness which are intended by the manufacturer to support the body or exert pressure on the body during the fall of a person and after the arrest of the fall. The other straps are secondary straps
