Made of 45mm high strength polyester webbing and equipped with alloy steel D ring, the breaking strength of half body mountaineering harness with waist pad is not less than 23KN. And the breaking strength of plastic buckle and pad is not less than 18KN. To ensure the strength of the whole set, the hardware adopts 40Cr or 45# steel and the plastic part adopts PE material.

Strictly control raw material: procurement in well-known factories with test reports and traceability	Metal parts 48 hours salt spray test	strictly control irregularities of skipping stiching,webbing cut and mixture of unqualified products in the cutting process	Sewing thread color to distinguish the webbing color, detection of sewing part on the webbing to see whether it meet the tension needs.
Tensile strength test is done to the webbing after dying to determine whether its strength meet the requirements	Static load test is done for finished products to determine the webbing in the process of force, the material pieces will not fall off	Dynamic load impact test, the impact force required between 2KN-6KN, followed by metal parts can not fall off, lanyard can not break	Qualified after delivery
