Product Introduction And Details
The Work Positioning Lanyard For Fall Protection is connected to the Lateral D-ring on the Work Positioning waist Belts or Combination Harness and its length is adjustable for different application.
The work positioning Lanyards comply with the European standard. The fall protection rope has high strength as high as 30kN. The contacting part of the rope with the snap hook is protected by plastic thimble, avoiding abrasion of the rope and prolonging the life of the rope.
It is important to note that a work positioning system is not fall protection equipment. It is hence mandatory to use specific Fall Arrest Lanyards and other such equipment along with Work Positioning Systems to ensure safety of the worker at a height.

Application
| Working together with independent waist belt or combination fall body harness with waist belt, the adjustable rope for work positioning is widely used in the field of construction, industry, electricity, communication, arborist, such as outwall repair and cleaning, welding at height, metal climbing, tree climbing, pole climbing, etc.
The rope is wrapped on the stationary metal struction, tree or pole, and the hardwares are connected with the D rings on waist belt, by which the worker is kept firmly and steadly, freeing off both hands of the worker for greater capacity and higher effeciency. |

Quality Control
To guarantee the quality of the rope and hardware component, we use Universal Tensile Strength Testing Equipment to test the their strength with different moulds. When we receive each batch of raw materials or accessories, we will carry out sampling strength test according to relevant standards or customers’ requirements, so as to fundamentally control the quality of our products.
Daily inspection requirements for the work positioning lanyard: Conduct appearance inspection once a week, including: whether there is scratch or serious wear, whether there is chemical corrosion, serious fading, whether there is coarse, fine, soft, hard, whether there is serious damage of the rope splicing.
