Fast-Scan Container/Vehicle Inspection System – Fast-Scan – FS Series

The NUCTECH™ FS Series is a unique, high-throughput drive-through portal X-ray inspection system. Adopting 6 MeV (optional 6/3 MeV) accelerator energy, the FS Series serves as an ideal free-flow security solution for inspecting containers and cargo vehicles at seaports, border crossings, airports, and other checkpoints. With an optional conveyor system, the FS Series can also inspect passenger vehicles, including minibuses, cars, vans, and pickups.

The FS Series allows drivers to pass directly through the scanning tunnel at speeds up to 15 km/h. It automatically avoids scanning the driver’s cab, guaranteeing a fluent vehicle flow on-site. Meanwhile, the optional conveyor system can smoothly transport passenger vehicles through the scanning tunnel at a constant speed of 0.2 to 0.4 m/s. Designed with a compact modular concept for convenient relocation, the FS Series can be easily integrated with other subsystems such as LPR and RFID.
