Description

EverExceed LFP lithium battery Rack system solution can be used for any indoor application, if the location is right ; EverExceed LFP batteries performance is in compliance with the requirements in the telecommunications, solar, UPS application etc. with the adoption of LiFePO4 battery structure packing by flexible plastic film or rack designed rigid packaging, it can satisfy the higher and new requirements of these application backup;

Technical Features:

 

 

• The right column frame is integrally welded, and the layer plate is fixed on each beam with screws to ensure the stability of the battery frame;
•  Easy to install, the battery only needs to be pushed into the battery rack compartment regulations;
• The battery rack is usually equipped with a busbar (500A current can pass), which is convenient for customers to connect, while ensuring the consistency of the battery to the greatest extent in terms ofphysical aspects;

•  For the Rack-type structure, the heat dissipation of the battery itself can quickly balance with the environment, without additional heat dissipation equipment;
• The battery rack is made of Q235 material, and assembled by fixing the laminate after welding. It has the advantages of anti-vibration, anti-corrosion, and acid resistance. The additional     laminate design ensures that the installed battery has a strong bearing strength;
• Adjustable cable entry on the back of the cabinet with cable entranceCompared with the cabinet, the battery rack presents a lighter transportation mode and a lower purchase cost. It is very suitable for use in some remote and frequent power outages of the third and fourth types of mains-powered base stations, and some macro base stations with limited space and insufficient load-bearing.
