These dimensions are given for broad reference. Please keep a tolerance of +/- 2% in all dimensions.
INSTALLATION :-
- 1. Ensure correct pipe float size prior to installation.
- 2. Position one pipe float half alongside designated pipe.
- 3. Lift pipe into the pipe float
- 4. Place second pipe float, half over pipe. All four plugs should engage with the opposite pipe float itself.
- 5. Insert all four sets of bolts and washers ensuring that a washer is under each bolt head and nut
- 6. Tighten all four sets tightly so that the gap between the two float halves is approximately equal on both the sides.
- 7. Using spanners or socket wrenches, tighten all four bolt sets sequentially, tightening no more than one full rotation on each set.
